Exceptional stay, incredible staff, memorable birthday weekend, sensational food, best fillet ever.

We had an amazing time at the hotel. The staff was friendly and attentive. The game drives were fantastic, and we saw a lot of wildlife. The food was delicious and we loved the outdoor shower.

The location was great, surrounded by nature and lots of opportunities to observe wildlife. The food was delicious and presented well. The staff was helpful and attentive.

The room needed maintenance, the fan didn't work and there was no backup generator. We had a power outage that lasted 15 hours and made for a difficult stay. Also, some of the toiletries were not replaced in time. Management could have been more organized and proactive in making sure our stay was comfortable.

The lodge has a good location and is easily accessible. the rooms are beautiful and spacious. the meals are tasty and the breakfast is great. There is a pool area but it could be improved.

Beautiful surroundings and excellent service. The food was amazing and the staff provided top-notch service. The rooms were spacious with fluffy towels and quality toiletries. One highlight was the game drive with our knowledgeable guide.
